Answers to Value Kard Questions
How do I purchase or renew a KOA Value Kard?
There are three different way to purchase or renew a Value Kard.

At your first KOA stop you can purchase or renew and also receive the 10% discount immediately for all qualified camping fees.

Purchase online and receive an immediate confirmation # that you can print and use as a temporary Value Kard until your permanent card arrives (About three weeks).

Send a check directly to KOA Value Kard, PO Box 30558, Billings, Mt 59114
Value Kard Costs: 1 Year for $14; 2 Years for $24; 3 Years for $32; 4 Years for $42; 5 Years for $48.
How long does it take to receive a KOA Value Kard?
If you purchase on line it will take less than ten business days to receive your Value Kard, however you are entered into our qualified database immediately. If you purchase at the campground you will receive a temporary Value Kard to use until you receive the permanent card. This will take about 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.
I purchased a KOA Value Kard online and entered the information more than once, was my account charged multiple times?
We have an audit process that detects possible duplicate charges and issues credit to your account. Credits do take longer to show on your statement than charges. If your statement shows that a credit was not issued, you should call your issuing bank to verify the credit was indeed received. If a credit was not issued and your account was charged twice, we will gladly issue you credit for the extra card.
I was unable to retrieve (print) my authorization number when I purchased a Value Kard online. Did the order go through and what is my number? If you experience a printing problem and were unable to print your temporary Value Kard, we are sorry that we will not be able to give you an immediate confirmation # or a temporary card. However; your information is in our data base and you will receive a your permanent Value Kard within a week.
How do I change my address on my Value Kard?
Please email your Value Kard #, your old address and your new address and a new card will be mailed to you within two weeks.
I lost my Value Kard, how can I get it replaced?
Please email us your name and address and if your Value Kard is still active we will mail you a new card within 10 business days.

How do I use Work@KOA?
Work@KOA is an internet based job search database. You can register as an individual or as a couple and post your resume for all KOA Kampgrounds that are currently looking for employees. You will also be able to search by area of the country for positions available. For more information click on Work@KOA.
Do I need a KOA Value Kard to work at a KOA?
A Value Kard is not required to work at a KOA Kampground. However, you will need a Value Kard to access the Work@KOA system to search for a job or send your resume online. By not using Work@KOA, you lose the opportunity to obtain online references and other benefits. To solicit KOA Kampgrounds without the benefit of the Work@KOA site, please call direct or send your resume to the address listed in the KOA listings on this site.
How do I apply for a position at KOA Inc. corporate headquarters or to work as a field quality assurance inspector?
The Work@KOA site is strictly for positions available at KOA Kampgrounds. Our corporate headquarters are in Billings, Mt. and from time to time there are positions available. Normally these positions are filled from within the KOA staff or from the local community. If you wish to apply for a position in Billings, please send your resume to KOA Inc., PO Box 30558, Billings, Mt. 59114.
To work as a field Quality Assurance inspector, you should have campground management experience and be able to put in long days driving and walking as you evaluate the condition of KOA Kampgrounds. As an international guest, how can I contact individual KOA Kampgrounds for availability and reservations?
KOA has an International Tour Department that would be happy to assist you with your reservations and information about KOA Kampgrounds. We will also help you contact individual campgrounds directly for independent travel. To learn more please visit the International section of koa.com.
How much does it cost to stay at KOA Kampgrounds?

Do KOA's accept pets?
KOA Kampgrounds are pet friendly and welcome our campers who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with the family dog and / or cat. However to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by KOA's pet policy.
What does the modem data port amenity mean in the campground information?
A "modem data port" is a phone line access point designed to allow you to conveniently plug your computer in for access to the internet and email.
If I make an on line reservation for a KOA Kampground, is it guaranteed and confirmed?
On line reservation made through KOA's internet site are not guaranteed or confirmed until you hear back from the specific campground with a confirmation. You should expect to hear back within 48 hours of making your request.
How do I cancel a reservation I made on line?
To cancel an on line reservation you must contact the campground directly via email, telephone or postal mail. Each campground sets their own cancellation policy and it is posted on their internet reservation page. You should not try to cancel or modify your reservation through the internet reservation process.
Can I make multiple reservations at the same campground or at different campgrounds by filling out one reservation form?
No, you must complete a separate request for each reservation and each location.
